New Project: PRODUCTION OF METAL TILE AND METAL SHAPE OUT OF METAL-ROLL WITH POLYMERIC COVERING

The limited liability company POLESSYA REGENERATION implementing this project is a subject of the Special Economic Zone "Slavutych" according to the Law of Ukraine "About Special Economic Zone "Slavutych" dated June 3, 1999, and as such it enjoys tax concessions to the full extent.

There is an enterprise was established to produce the following construction materials out of metal-roll with polymeric covering:  metal tile, metal shape, drain systems and structural elements to the above products.  

Company's products meet the following customer's needs in construction, repair and reconstruction of buildings and structures: 

Metal tile is almost universal roofing material, metal shape is state-of-the-art reliable wall material, the drain system is a long-lived drainage facility. 

The products can be used to refurbish the facade of the buildings by creating ventilated facades, and, thus, with excess air extracted from the walls, operation life of a building gets longer and there is a significant reduction of costs for repair and preventive maintenance related to the insulation and wall material renewal and facade paint refurbishment.

In addition, a ventilated facade helps to reduce heat loss through walls in winter time by several times due to the created thermos effect. And vice verse, it will not be stuffy inside such a building in a hot weather (mass use of these materials in Finland resulted into 30% reduction of heat supply costs).

The products can be used to enlarge living space in small and average storied buildings by building up light mansard floors for workshops, offices and, certainly, dwelling.

The products impart some sense of today's European architecture to cities and towns.
